This system is excellent for use around areas not easily covered by bottom barriers. We developed this environmentally friendly method to allow our trained divers to clear targeted patches and areas without disrupting native and beneficial species of plants. This process is preferred for aquatic weed control around areas difficult to cover with bottom barriers, such as around boatlifts.

Our divers navigate the selected underwater area and hand pull weeds. Using our proprietary underwater collection system, the divers collect the pulled weeds and their fragments, all of which gets trapped in a filter for later disposal at an upland composting facility.

We come to your waterfront property and evaluate your situation, taking into consideration aspects important to you, and make recommendations as to how our service can help keep milfoil and other noxious weeds from growing in targeted areas. We submit a work plan and price proposal. Once these have been agreed upon, we mobilize one of our dive teams to come to your property by boat and do the work.

This solution has the advantage of allowing weed control over your entire property, as opposed to the limitations imposed by law in applying a bottom barrier.
